Today I'll talking about Marbula One GP Race 5 in O'raceway.
今回はマービュラ・ワン(以下M1と略記)グランプリ 第5レースの模様をお送りします。

About course(コースについて)
The Greenstone, Course of the Green Ducks, is venue of Marbula One GP Race 5.
M1第5レースの会場は、グリーン・ダックスの本拠地であるグリーンストーンです。
There are 23 curves, is much more than other courses, and it characterizes this course.
カーブが23か所と、他のコースと比べても圧倒的に多いのがこのコースの特徴です。
However, a split is also important because if someone get caught in it after going through a series of complicated curves, he/she won't be able to satisfactorily speed in the straight after that.
しかし、複雑なカーブを抜けた後のスプリットで引っかかってしまうとそのあとのストレートで十分にスピードを出せなくなってしまう可能性があるため、ここもまたキモとなるでしょう。

Qualifying(予選)
In qualifying, Team Momo, who couldn't get a higher position after the qualifying in the first race, regained a higher position.
予選では、第1レース以降上位ポジションを得ることができなかったチーム・モモがようやく上位ポジションを再び獲得しました。
In addition, Mallard (Green Ducks) is the first host team to finish in the top eight in qualifying.
さらに、マラード(グリーン・ダックス)は、ホストチームとしては初めて予選で上位8位以内に食い下がりました。
I think that this qualifying discriminated between teams that are good at turns and those that are not good at turns.
この予選によってコーナーが得意なチームと苦手なチームがある程度判別されたように思います。
Is there really a rewind of the team in the lower position in the main race?
果たして、本選では下位ポジションのチームの巻き返しがあるでしょうか？
Main race(本戦)
In this race, I think that the team that was down rather than the team that showed strength so far shone.
今回のレースでは、これまで強みを見せてきたチームではなく燻っていたチームが輝いたと思います。
Bolt in the Thunderbolts, the team which has been sluggish to 13th overall, took the lead in the middle of the race.
これまで総合13位と低迷していたサンダーボルツのボルトが、中盤でリードを奪いました。
But it was Orangin(O'Rangers) who didn't allow it. He didn't miss the bolt stall in the split on lap 8 and took back the lead from the bolt.
しかし、それを許さなかったのがオレンジン(オ・レンジャース)です。彼は8周目の分岐でボルトが失速したのを見逃さず、ボルトからリードを奪い返しました。
And Orangen kept the lead and crossed the goal line, leading Orangers to the top of the podium.
そして、オレンジンはそのリードを保ったままゴールラインを横切り、オレンジャースを表彰台の頂点へと導きました。
Review(総括)
In this race, there was no change in the ranking of the top three teams despite the upset that the team that kept the top got almost no score.
今回のレースでは、上位を保ってきたチームが得点をほとんど得られないという番狂わせがあったにもかかわらず、上位3チームの順位変動はありませんでした。
However, the gap between the top three teams and the rest should certainly have narrowed. This is the beginning of a true battle.
しかし、上位3チームとそれ以外のチームの差は確実に縮まったはずです。ここからが真の戦いの幕開けといえるのではないでしょうか。
About the next GP & Others(次回レースとその他の事項)
The next venue is the Short Circuit, Course of the Thunderbolts.
次回の開催地はショート・サーキット、サンダーボルツの本拠地です。
There are fewer turns compared to the Greenstone which was the course this time, and you can see a ramp that has appeared since the Savage Speedway.
今回のコースであったグリーンストーンと比較してコーナーが少なく、サベージ・スピードウェイ以来の登場となるランプがあるのが見て取れます。
The next time, the speed game in a straight line will be the main again.
次回は再び直線でのスピード勝負が主体となるでしょう。
